What is FirstNet?
FirstNet is the nationwide communications platform dedicated to public safety, built by AT&T in a public-private partnership with the First Responder Network Authority.
Who is eligible for FirstNet?
FirstNet is for public safety agencies and personnel, such as law enforcement, fire and EMS, and for other organizations and workers that support emergency response, subject to eligibility verification. We help you check whether you or your agency qualifies.
Can individual first responders get FirstNet on their personal phone?
Eligible individual first responders may be able to get FirstNet service for personal use. Eligibility is verified by AT&T/FirstNet. Call (210) 405-6109 and we will walk you through it.
Do you visit stations and workplaces in San Antonio?
Yes. Our San Antonio team can meet eligible personnel at their station, department or workplace to explain FirstNet options and help with sign-up.
